Every new custom made hair system we sell comes with a 30 day unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply send it back and we will either replace it or refund you the full amount of the hair system’s cost.

Pre-made hair system
If not satisfied, return pre-made system within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. The system must be returned in their original condition, which means the hair can not be washed, cut, permed or worn in any way.  

All custom made or pre-made systems must be sent back before we can precede exchange or refund.
Shipping expense is customer’s responsibility.
